To cancel an order, simply send an email to info@nauticaesport.it with the subject line “Order Cancellation #ordernumber#.” You can find the order number in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
You will receive confirmation that the order has been canceled and a refund of the full amount paid, with no fees or charges.
For payments made by bank transfer, if the order has been paid for but not yet shipped, you must also include your IBAN with the cancellation request so that the payment can be fully refunded.
